Crud night!!!!

Its Crud time!!! Crud is a game that the fighter pilots play on a pool table... if very confusing and is a total contact sport!!! Well the wives create a league of their own to challenge other squadrons and sometimes the guys!!!! Well the base combined a Gunfighter night with a wives crud tournament!!! We all had a blast!!!

Rascal Flatts!!!

RASCAL FLATTS!!!!!!!!! finally Nathan and I were in the same state at the same time as rascal flatts!!! I've waited 4 years to see them and it was so worth it!!! Thanks baby!!!

They had this board that you texted to so that you could try to win backstage passes... so Nathan texted "i'll give you a discount on jet fuel if you give me back stage passes!!!" gotta love him!!!

New Addition!!!!!

We have a new addition to our family!!!!! Please meet Kenai (key-nigh)!!! He's a four month old German Shepherd!!! We think he's the greatest!!! he has added much entertainment (and frustration) to our days!!!!

So its March and we just go DUMPED on!!! Oh well I'm just glad that Nathan didnt miss all the Idaho snow while he was in Afghanistan!!!

Ok I swear I was raised in snow but I left my scraper inside my car so I was trying to get the snow off so I could get inside the car without letting a whole mess of snow inside the car!!!!

Learning to be a true Idahoan!!!!

Apparently learning to be a true Idahoan means getting out in the country and shooting!!! Man I love Idaho!!!! Nathan, myself and a couple of people from the squadron went shooting one Saturday morning!!! We had a blast! I got to shoot everything from a hand gun to a HUGE shotgun!!! We shot clay pigeons... well I tried, Nathan was actually really good!!! I was the best at hitting little magnetic target the guys put on the washer with the little .22!!! It was a great day!!!

Before we even got started the adventure began!!! I found a deer carcass... well actually skeleton!!! I thought it was pretty cool!!!

Nathan teaching me how to properly hold and shoot the gun!!! I have to say he was pretty impressed with me!!!

FOXTROT!!!!

Foxtrot was a wonderful night! Foxtrot is a formal event that is put on to welcome the guys home and tor reunite the squadron!!! They also do Hails and Farewells and hand out awards!!! For me it was an excuse to dress up and see my hubby all dadded up!!!
